All inspections also include screening for VOCs and EMFs which can have an impact on mold growing in the home and on the health of the people living in it. Kit’s meters are all 3rd party calibrated, they are much more sensitive and accurate than consumer grade meters.
Kit carries the Building Biology Certifications of Building Biology Environmental Consultant (BBEC) and Electromagnetic Radiation Specialist (EMRS). He is also IICRC certified for mold, plus CRMI, CMR, and CCMI certified for mold inspection and remediation. He is INTERNACHI certified for home inspection and licensed for this service in Florida.
