Any Lab testing and supplements are additional, and always discounted, the total cost will vary depending on what you need.

Chronic illness WILL leave you stressed out.

Having lots of uncomfortable symptoms and being diagnosed with a myriad different diseases led me to learn how to start improving my own health in ways other professionals had missed. I started to learn how to choose and use lab work to identify what was happening inside my body, while exploring how to use specific tools to support my mind and manage my stress response. I took course after course, receiving certifications in many different modalities from functional blood work assessment to stress management and Heart Math™ .
