This 60 minute call can be used to:
- Learn what your lab work could mean from a functional standpoint, even if you got it from another practitioner (limit 1 lab per call, if you have additional labs to discuss please contact for a special rate)
- Deeper dive to learn how to manage environmental and / or emotional toxins that are giving you stress and contributing to physical symptoms.
- Single Stress Reduction Coaching Call (please note that single coaching calls are most beneficial when used by people who have already completed the Stress Buster Package for best results)

Learn how to better manage your stress! This package includes four 40 minute sessions. It also includes limited messaging between sessions to help when you have a question or need a little extra support.
Calm Your Chaos
The Calm Your Chaos coaching package is a 4-month long program that includes multiple coaching and consulting sessions plus unlimited messaging with quick response, my How to Calm Your Chaos Guide, plus a HeartMath Sensor and a year subscription to the Coherence App. This is the most comprehensive option to work with me.
